Minutes of Previous Annual General Meeting The Minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on 28/05/2003 were presented for acceptance, without amendments. MOTION: ‘That the minutes of AGM held on 28/05/2003 be accepted’. Moved: Kelly Morris Seconded: Karen Taylor CARRIED: Yes 3. Presidents Report The Presidents report was presented to the meeting please see attached. 4. Treasurers Report The Treasurers report was presented to the meeting please see attached. 5. Election of Office Bearers The President declared the committee positions vacant and invited nominations for the positions: 5.1. For the position of President There was one nomination The nominee was Stephen Pearson The nomination was by Shelley Wilson The nomination was seconded Belinda Pearson The nomination was carried unopposed 5.2.
