Meeting Opened: 6.20 1. Attendance & Apologies Present: David Harrison (Chair) Catherine Jones (Minutes) Katherine Broome Piyush Chhajed Ben Gordon Stephen Pearson 2. Minutes of Previous Meeting It was moved: ‘That the committee accepts the minutes of the previous meetings as a true and accurate record’ Moved: Katherine Broome Seconded: Ben Gordon Carried Unanimously 3. Bills to pay There are several bills that need to be paid. Cat is sure that we have recently sent a cheque to the council for some of the amount on the current statement, and notes that she has sent an email to the council about the $100 fine for the clash with Southside. She suggests that we authorise money for the council, minus the $100 to cover ourselves. It was moved: “That the committee authorise $762.33 for Glen Eira electricity bills and outstanding amounts” Moved: Catherine Jones Seconded: Piyush Chhajed Carried Unanimously We also have to pay money for the Food Act Registration It was moved: “That the committee authorise $139.50 for Food Act Registration for 2007” Moved: Ben Gordon Seconded: Piyush Chhajed Carried Unanimously As there were no other items of business the meeting was closed.
