Monash University CC News Gryphons 20th Season CelebrationsBy Ryan TannerDear Past and Present Gryphons, Our 20th Anniversary celebrations are fast approaching and we have been busy organising a couple of events to commemorate this occasion taking place on Saturday the 13th of February. Twenty20 Match – Legends vs. All-Stars – 3:30pm @ Monash Uni, Clayton Relive the glory days of the Gryphons and come down and see some of the best players the Gryphon’s have produced take on the best of the current crop. The game starts at 3:30pm with teams taking to one of Monash University Clayton turf pitches, while everyone else can sit back and enjoy the afternoon’s cricket. Cocktail Night – 8:00pm @ East Caulfield Reserve Function Room The T20 match will be followed up by a cocktail night at the home of the Gryphon’s. Plenty of complimentary food and drink will be on offer and we will be announcing both the Men’s and Women’s ‘Gryphon’s 20th Anniversary Team’. Tickets are $50 per head and the dress code is cocktail. Although we have made every effort to obtain the contact details of everyone who have been involved with the Gryphons over the past twenty years, there are some people we just couldn’t locate.
