The Monash University Cricket Club have made the Mid Year (Winter) Cricket Association South Division Grand Final Saturday 16th of August.

The match will be played at Elsternwick Park, Corner Head Street and New Street, Elsternwick starting at 12pm.

The team is a mixture of current Monash students, past students, and friends, all playing for the love of the game. The team is lead by A-grade all-rounder Andy 'Bruce' Singh (134 runs @ 26.8), and has other A-grade players in Jagvir Gill (114 runs @ 38) and James Byrne [pictured right] (169 runs @ 42.25) and new recruit Shoaib Sobhan (131 @ 32.75).

Leading the bowlers will be the Kings of Swing Chris Russell (10 wickets) and Ahmed Moosa (6 wickets).
