Gryphons Training Rules

I.  6:00-7:30pm on Mondays & Wednesdays

II.  White shirt, dark tracksuit pants/shorts, cricket/tennis shoes

III.  Gently stretch & warm up

IV.  Fill in coach's training register & confirm match availability

V.  Coach sets batting & bowling order in the nets

VI.  Batters always pad up in advance

VII.  Maximum four bowlers per net

VIII.  Bowlers always practice good line & length

IX.  All players practice catching, fielding & throwing

X.  Gently stretch & warm down
